90 day guarantee
The borders of our responsibility lie further than a person's first day at work. If the hired specialist is fired or quits within the probation period, our agency will provide a replacement for free. We will find another candidate for the same position or another one at the same level. Or you can spend this money on other services.
A standard guarantee period for a free replacement is 90 days. For unique specialists and top managers with a salary of over US $6000 per month, we will prolong this period to 180 calendar days.
Luckily, it’s a rare case when our client needs a replacement. We are in touch with the candidate throughout the whole adaptation period. If we see a red flag of any sort, we will work on resolving the problem together with the client to minimize the possibility of a layoff.
