Our agency has an unusual structure: clients and candidates are in touch with different people. Recruiters are responsible for the pool of similar positions from various companies to really work through the market. Account managers, on the other hand, are coordinating the work on all the positions of one particular client.

This is convenient if you give the agency several positions to work with. For example, 11 recruiters are looking for Java developers and five more are searching for your perfect QA engineer. However, you only contact one person, your account manager, who solves all of your issues: from appointing interviews to reporting that the job's done.
