5 days till the first candidates appear

When we begin to work on your vacancy, there’s a large chance that many of your potential candidates are already in our database. Some of them may have talked to our recruiters about another position a couple of weeks before, or just decided to quit their current job yesterday.

Our recruiters are divided into streams. Thanks to the team distribution based on technologies and the cooperation of recruiters, we can ensure an intense and stable flow of candidates in no time.

For example, seven recruiters are working on all JS positions and offering candidates to different clients. This kind of specialization allows us to always have a pool of specialists open for offers at our disposal.
