The variety of our team’s skills is what provides flexibility. Some of us are good at sourcing, some are better at working with a candidate’s motivation, while others have vast personal networks or can give breathtaking presentations. On average, our consultants have three years' experience, two of which they’ve spent with us.
Our recruiters have either higher technical education or a degree in psychology. The majority speak English confidently. Besides recruiting, many have experience in HR and sales.
Candidates for a recruiter position at our agency have to go through three interview stages: an extramural test, the assessment center, and a motivational interview. We also hold technical interviews for candidates with relevant experience. This helps us evaluate how much a candidate knows about the IT sector. However, our primary focus is confident communication and analytical skills.
